Service Adjustment Policy

At Serene Beauty & Wellness, my goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident and happy with their hair. If something about your color or haircut does not feel quite right, I’m happy to make adjustments.

Complimentary Adjustments

If you feel your haircut or color needs a minor adjustment related to your original service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I will gladly make the necessary correction at no additional charge when:

• The adjustment is related to the original service performed

• You notify me within 7 days of your appointment

• The adjustment appointment is scheduled and completed within that same timeframe when possible

Requests After 7 Days

Hair changes over time due to styling habits, home care, and natural fading or growth. For this reason, adjustments requested after 7 days will be considered a new service and priced accordingly.

Important Notes

• Adjustment services are designed to refine the original service, not to create a completely different look.

• If you decide you would like a different color, length, or style than what was originally agreed upon, it will be scheduled as a new appointment.

• Proper home care and styling can affect the longevity and appearance of your results.
